AGS Equatorial Guinea knows the need and challenges our clients might have when it comes to training and development of the workforce and our goal is to have an incident free operation where ever our workforce is assigned to any facility of our clients. AGS - EG want to provide the right knowledge, provide the right skills and develop its personnel. Our training matrix, KPI’s, observation programs, HAZID are some examples of our administrative controls which we use to measure our successes to satisfy our clients Below are some of our well packaged in-house trainings carried out on pre- deployment phase of our workforce, deployment phase of our workforce and post phase of our workforce. AGS Equatorial Guinea works on a continuous feedback and improvement opportunities after deployment of the workforce from our clients facilities.
